Connecting. Growing together. The Customer Service Representative
Team Lead is responsible for answering incoming calls with
questions regarding Optum Salt Lake County Behavioral Health
Providers, services available in Salt Lake County as well as
Medicaid benefit plans. This position is full-time (40 hours /
week), Sunday - Saturday. Employees are required to have
flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our
normal business hours of 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST. It may be
necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or
weekends. Our office is located at 12921 S Vista Station Blvd, Ste
200, Draper, UT, 84020. Employees will be required to work some
days onsite and some days from home. We offer weeks of paid
on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be aligned with
your schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.
