Job Description:
Make an Impact Join our Financial Data & Analytics team as a
Senior Data Engineer , where your work directly improves how the
business operates. In this role, you won’t just build data
workflows—you’ll help shape how teams understand their data, adopt
new processes, and make more informed decisions. This is a great

changes. You’ll support and enhance our Azure-based data
environment, help deliver reliable reporting, and make sure

Collaborate closely with finance, operations, and business partners
to understand needs and translate them into actionable data
workflows. Support and optimize existing Azure Data Factory
pipelines and related Azure data tools. Contribute to reliable,
report?ready Power BI datasets and refresh processes. Help the
business adopt new processes by proactively communicating changes
and impacts. Assist with documentation, troubleshooting, and
continuous process improvements. Partner with a collaborative,
cross?trained team that values flexibility, communication, and
shared ownership. What You Should Bring We’re looking for someone
with practical, hands-on experience and a collaborative
mindset—someone who understands why changes are and/or are not
needed and can communicate it clearly. The ideal candidate brings:
3–7 years of experience working with data engineering, analytics,
or data operations in a business environment. 1–3 years hands-on
with Azure Data Factory or similar ETL/ELT tools (enhancing,
supporting, or monitoring pipelines). 1–2 years working with or
supporting Power BI datasets , semantic models, or refresh
patterns. 2–5 years of SQL experience for data transformations,
queries, or logic building. At least 2 years partnering directly
with business stakeholders—gathering requirements, clarifying
needs, or communicating changes. Strong communicator who can
translate business needs into data tasks and clearly explain why
decisions are made. Comfortable working with abstract ideas, logic,
and business-context problem solving. High attention to detail,
accuracy, and documentation. Experience supporting change
management—communicating impacts, managing expectations, and
ensuring successful adoption. Business curiosity and the ability to
build trust with finance, operations, and cross?functional
partners. Nice to have: familiarity with financial data
(transactions, ledgers, reporting, etc.) or experience in financial
services (preferred, not required). What You Can Join You’ll join a

These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible

*The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for
the Company for at least 60 days. Paid Time Off: Employee will
accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17
days per year. 11 Paid Holidays per year. Following six (6) months
of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth,
adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid
parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks
of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child.
Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be
eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth,
adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver
of the child. Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of
pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of
approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if
