Job Description Job Description Synergy Grafix is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Print Room Manager to lead and oversee daily production in our print department. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality output, efficiency, and smooth coordination between sales, design, and installation teams. Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the print room Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, and related equipment Schedule print jobs to meet production deadlines Ensure color accuracy, print quality, and material consistency Oversee inventory of vinyl, inks, laminates, and supplies Troubleshoot printer issues and perform routine maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient print environment Work closely with design and install teams to ensure files are production-ready Train and mentor print room staff as needed Qualifications: Experience in large-format printing (vehicle wraps, signage, graphics) Strong understanding of print workflows, color management, and materials Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Close attention to detail and quality control Strong leadership and communication skills Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented Experience with RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, etc.) preferred About Company Synergy Grafix is a premier provider of fleet graphics and vehicle wraps , specializing in high-quality, custom-designed wraps for businesses of all sizes.
