career today. Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Systems
Engineer (T-02 level) / Principal Systems Engineer (T03 level).
This position is located in Roy, Utah and supports the Sentinel
program . What You’ll Get To Do: The selected candidate will
perform technical planning, system requirement development,
requirements verification, and support reviews. The candidate
responsibilities will include requirements development in DOORS in
addition to coordination with design, test, and other teams The
selected candidate will demonstrate technical skills, organization,
be an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to
develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and
external stakeholders The candidate will demonstrate a commitment
to ethics and integrity, and the capability to innovate. They will
have an ability to operate in a team environment and collaborate
across the program as required to accomplish tasking Basic
Qualifications This requisition may be filled at either the
Engineer level (T-02) or Principal Engineer level (T-03). Required
for Both Levels: Must be a US Citizen with an active DoD Secret
Clearance, at time of application, current and within scope, with
an investigation date within the last 6 years Must have the ability
to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within
a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet
its business needs 1 years of experience with MBSE (Model-Based
Systems Engineering) Principles Systems Engineer (T-02): Bachelor's
degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of experience,
1 years of experience with a Master's degree 2 years of experience
with Systems Engineering Principles 2 years of experience with
Requirements Development ? Principal Systems Engineer (T-03):
Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline and 5 years of related
experience; 3 years experience with a Master of Science degree; 1
year experience with a PhD 3 years of experience with Systems
Engineering Principles 3 years of experience with Requirements
Development Preferred Qualifications: Experience assessing or
managing supplier statements of work Experience performing
traceability and gap analysis Past/Active employment with MMIII or
Sentinel Weapon Systems Experience leading projects/assignments
Experience working with DOORS or similar tools Experience
contributing towards various phases of a program lifecycle Position

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule
allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday
to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive
relocation assistance package. Sentinelsystems Primary Level Salary
Range: $79,300.00 - $118,900.00 Secondary Level Salary Range:
$98,400.00 - $147,600.00 The above salary range represents a
general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of
factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The application period
