position Position SummaryA Family Medicine Physician is sought to
join a multi-specialty group practice in Juab County. This role
focuses on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care
within a collaborative, team-based environment that emphasizes
evidence-based medicine and value-based care.The physician will
care for patients across the lifespan, from infants to seniors,
while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and
high-quality outcomes. Position Highlights Join a large,

team-based, value-driven care Opportunity to practice full-spectrum
Family Medicine Strong support for quality improvement and
professional development Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive
primary care for patients of all ages Perform routine check-ups,
physical exams, and health screenings Diagnose and manage acute and
chronic conditions Deliver preventive care including immunizations,
screenings, and lifestyle counseling Collaborate with specialists
and care teams for coordinated patient care Maintain accurate
documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team meetings
Schedule Monday – Friday Standard clinic hours Qualifications Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Utah medical
license (or eligibility) Strong commitment to evidence-based,
patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Team-oriented mindset with dedication to continuous learning
