Job Description Job Description everage Mixer Pay: $18–$23.50/hr Shifts: Must be open to Swing or Graveyard Shift Primary Purpose The Beverage Mixer is responsible for accurately mixing ingredients to produce batches for canning on the beverage can line. This role ensures that ingredient weights align with the batch card and meet product specifications. Additional responsibilities include recording return information, pulling samples for testing, and processing partial or unused ingredients. Principal Roles and Responsibilities Follow recipes and accurately weigh ingredients into the blender. Verify and record lot numbers for each mix. Ensure compliance with safe food handling guidelines and promote adherence among all employees in the area. Report any deviations or quality concerns as necessary. Step in for the operator in their absence, performing all necessary mixing tasks. Dispose of trash and cardboard from ingredients placed into the blender. Scope Overall responsibility for mixing products to specifications , maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency in production. Job Specifications Education and Experience: Basic math skills required. On-the-job training provided for inventory management system. On-the-job training provided for batch card procedures. Industry-Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficiency in written and oral communication in English and/or Spanish . Technical Skills: Knowledge and safe use of powered cleaning equipment .
