This role requires a hands-on leader who can keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead crews to meet daily production goals Monitor quality control and correct issues as they arise Coordinate tasks, materials, and equipment to keep operations running smoothly Communicate clearly with team members and management Logistics Qualifications Proven leadership or foreman-level experience Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices Ability to work seasonal swing shifts Dependable, hands-on work style with solid problem-solving skills Clear communication skills and the ability to motivate a team Preferred Qualifications, on site training available OSHA or other safety training Chemical license Additional Information This is an at-will position Seasonal swing shift work is required Salaried position
