This role focuses on preparing high-quality, consistent meals in
bulk according to set recipes and portioning standards. The grab
and go meals produced in our kitchen require attention to detail
and self-motivation in order to keep up with the high demand. The
ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well
with others, and has a passion for delivering nutritious,
great-tasting food. What Youll Do Prepare, cook, and portion meals
according to standardized recipes and daily production lists
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all
batches Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and
allergen-handling procedures Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
(ovens, mixers, slicers, vacuum sealers, etc.) Weigh, measure, and
label ingredients for accurate inventory control. Assist with
receiving, storing, and rotating food stock Clean and sanitize
workstations, tools, and storage areas at the end of each shift
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily and weekly
production goals What Youll Need Prior experience in a commercial
kitchen, catering, or meal prep environment preferred Strong
understanding of food safety and handling standards (ServSafe
certification a plus) Ability to follow recipes accurately and work
efficiently with large batch production Comfortable working on your
feet for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Reliable,
punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
About the Opportunity This is a full-time position This is on-site,
requiring all hours to be worked in Midway, Utah Kitchen hours are
from 8:30am to 6:30pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with individual
schedules determined by the Sous Chef. Why You Want to Work Here
