We’re looking for a stellar Senior Product Marketing Manager to
lead and drive the marketing strategy and execution for one of
Cricut’s product platforms. You will work closely with product, PR,
influencer, social, digital and channel marketing teams to ensure a
successful, integrated launch.
Own and execute the marketing strategy for one of Cricut’s
Define marketing plan necessary to hit annual sell-through
Develop an in-depth understanding of the target audience,
ensuring the marketing plans are relevant and impactful.
Lead the development of marketing plans, working closely with
the PR, influencer, digital, social and channel marketing
Define the overall marketing budget and campaign allocation
necessary to hit annual targets.
Identify and phase key growth drivers throughout the year
including campaigns to drive base business and new product
Partner with creative team to translate product/brand campaigns
into creative executions throughout the year.
Collaborate with Consumer Insights Team to define and execute
annual learning plan to information marketing strategies.
Serve as key point person to manage messaging communication on
Lead the launch strategy and execution of new product
Work closely with Product Management to translate product
positioning into messaging and strategy to reach the target
Develop campaign marketing brief and partner with the creative
team to ensure quality, on-time delivery of marketing programs and
Partner with cross-functional marketing team (PR, influencer,

reaches audience and delivers/reflects key messages.
Drive go-to-market strategy and execution ensuring on-time
Define and track key metrics for launch, communicating progress

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or
related field; an MBA is a plus
10+ years of product and brand marketing experience
Marketing – experience in leading annual planning, defining
target audience and messaging, developing marketing briefs,
partnering with creative teams to execute, setting and tracking key
Consumer marketing experience required
Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns - experience
supporting and tracking social media, PR, influencer and/or
advertising campaigns - Manager
Go-to-market product marketing planning experience
Experience working with legal teams
Consumer event and/or trade show experience
Retail and visual merchandising experience
Experience working with strategic or creative agencies
Experience planning market research including development of
consumer surveys and conducting online and in-person interviews
Strong project management and interpersonal skills; ability to
juggle multiple projects at one time and self-prioritize
Ability to work with focus to meet tight time schedules
Passion for innovation – a strong track record of delivering
innovative marketing experiences
Entrepreneurial spirit – ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced, start-up environment and do whatever it takes to get
the job done
Passion for the consumer – desire to really get to know the
consumer, translating the consumer needs into messaging and
Excellent communication skills – demonstrated use of written,
presentation and verbal skills to drive team enthusiasm for
