JOB SUMMARY

As a member of the Strategic Account Management team, the Client Operations Coordinator position is an externally facing position. The Client Operations Coordinator provides day to day support for our team of Strategic Account Managers, who oversee a portfolio of top retail and manufacturer clients. In this role, the Client Operations Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and creation of operational processes on our marketplaces, regular and ad hoc analysis and reporting, collaboration with the analytics team, and working both with our Strategic Account Managers and other departments at B-Stock to improve our existing processes. Daily, the Client Operations Coordinator will be supporting many marketplace functions to ensure an optimal client experience


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regularly provide operational support on behalf of your buyer, client, and internal Strategic Account Manager stakeholders, to improve the efficiency of our marketplaces and internal business processes.
  • Compile performance metrics and operational topics in PowerPoint for presentations that are client-ready
  • Create regular and ad-hoc reports for many clients using Excel, Tableau, and/or other data visualization tools
  • As the first point of contact for fielding client inquiries, handle day to day administrative support
  • Record and manage follow ups from client meetings, scheduling subsequent internal or external meetings as necessary
  • Audit, update, and maintain information on the back end of our marketplaces
  • Coordinate updates and exception management with B-Stocks shipping and warehousing partners
  • Partner closely with many cross-functional teams including Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams. Participate in both short and long-term projects with these teams to drive process improvements
  • Maintain, improve and/or recommend standard operating procedures for our processes
  • Execute ongoing and one-time projects to benefit clients and internal stakeholders
  • Deep-dive into the data surrounding B-Stock clients, utilizing Tableau reporting that identify patterns, trends, and likely outcomes
  • In-depth analysis, both client-specific and platform-wide, across several metrics and variables. Identify key cause and effect relationship and summarize findings for both internal and external audiences.
  • Analyze data to recommend strategic best practices regarding auction composition, test, and document the impact.
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics for both buyers and sellers



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • 1+ years in client-facing operations role, leveraging data analytics, within the SaaS space
  • Skilled with MS Office and G-Suite business applications for document/word processing, data analysis, and presentations to create client ready materials
  • Comfortable producing work with advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Experience with cleaning, aggregating, and pre-processing data from varied sources
  • Familiarity with using Tableau or similar visualization product
  • Familiar with repairing data errors/working with incomplete or disparate data
  • Naturally data-driven, specifically quantitative but understands how qualitative supports the story
  • Proven ability to produce high quality work in a timely manner while remaining detail oriented and accurate
  • Sharp problem solving skills to identify creative and meaningful solutions, that may even be out of the box
  • Self-motivated, with high energy, an engaging level of enthusiasm, and entrepreneurial in spirit
  • Ability to work independently when required, knowing when to ask for support
  • A team player, someone that naturally collaborates with others (at all levels) and doesnt hesitate to engage other teams to achieve the best results



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior E-commerce, project management or logistics experience
  • Able to create complex SQL queries for standard as well as ad hoc data mining purposes
  • Comfortable performing statistic-based performance modeling or analysis
  • Ability to write macros in Excel
  • Familiarity with creating reports in Tableau or similar visualization product
