Job Description:The Support Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees and work processes within the support services teams. This position ensures an effective distribution of workflow while maintaining customer and employee satisfaction. The incumbent independently to identify problems, barriers, or adverse trends and implements process and goals to resolve. This position effectively manages staff to ensure high performance and extraordinary care. The Supervisor acts as a mentor to ensure continuous employee development.Job Essentials1. Handles personnel functions including hiring, counseling, goal setting, performance, and evaluations. Reviews and approves payroll. 2. Works with employees to develop high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Provides one on one training and group education. 3. Clearly communicates complex issues and concepts verbally and in writing. Advises and interacts with all levels of staff effectively and confidently. 4. Acts independently, identifies problems, barriers, or adverse trends and implements processes or goals to resolve. 5. Acts as a resource to staff and management in specific tasks or processes. 6. Resolves facility and patient concerns that staff are unable to bring to resolution. Resolution occurs quickly and appropriately. 7. Assists manager in analyzing and interpreting information and reports to detect potential areas of concern. 8. Coordinates, reviews, and approves assigned adjustments, reports, and referrals. 9. Participates in quality monitoring and improvement activities and programs. Writes and updates processes and procedures. Ensures staff is compliant with regulations.Additional Details:Entry Rate: $22.78Minimum Qualifications+ Bachelor's Degree and three years of PAS experience, or four years of PAS experience with two of the years in a decision-making capacity. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Strong interpersonal skills.
