Job Description

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Client Success Manager ensures the success of our clients by illustrating how Executech provides value to their company. A Client Success Manager helps customers achieve their goals and needs throughout their entire experience with Executech.

The operational role of a Client Success Manager includes participation in company product and service design to create the tools that our clients need. Its about working with Sales, Marketing, Technical Operations, Finance, and Administration to streamline and enhance the client experience. Through onboarding and on-going consultations, the Client Success Manager team ensures that all clients are fully engaged and getting the value they expect. At every point, the team collects, analyzes, and then uses data to make the clients experience with Executech a seamless, consistent whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve Executechs knowledge of its clients using methods that achieve greater perspective
  • Support the Sales, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and Administration teams to be successful
  • Client onboarding
  • Support new clients questions (proactively)
  • On-going support
  • Client retention
  • Client outreach and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Monitor client health
  • First line of defense for client concerns, including billing disputes
  • Consultative selling
  • Service and product upsell or agreement modifications
  • Uncover and deliver insights, spotting opportunities and threats
  • Strategic planning, including a 12-month IT roadmap developed with Tech Team
  • Manage client development budget (i.e. gifts, events, sponsorships)
  • Help with client marketing campaigns
  • Help with target client acquisition efforts (i.e. asking for referrals)


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role
  • Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external clients
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding company objectives and performance criteria
  • Maintain accurate client communication and provide timely, well-written reports for progress tracking
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and results oriented
  • Experience working with customers face to face, over the phone, and email
