Taking inbound ACH payments for accounts under 16 days past due including correspondence. Provide payoffs to consumers and dealers while complying with bank policy and procedures. Provide support to the Recreation Lending Department. Is knowledgeable of and complies with all state and federal collection laws and procedures. Responsible for answering and following up with the Customer Support email inbox, and could support the recreation lending department in other tasks Essential Functions: Responsible for processing inbound calls. Taking ACH payments on account under 16 days past due including confirmation. Providing online support to customers. Provide consumer and dealer payoff requests in accordance with bank policy and procedure. Process CIF updates. Perform various other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or its equivalent experience required 1+ years in a related field Summary of Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Professional demeanor Highly organized Effective oral and written communications skills. Working knowledge of a computer software related to specific job requirements. Knowledge: Requires ability to perform work involving knowledge of general accounting fundamentals, business practices, or banking principles. Confidentiality: Access to information on customer records. Regularly uses such information in carrying out job duties.Supervisory Responsibility: No direct supervision of employee(s). Consistently performs the same tasks as other members of the work group.Interaction With Others: Regularly has contact with people in the other departments, customers, or outside agencies and institutions, furnishing or obtaining information or reports where conditions require the use of tact to secure cooperation and maintain goodwill.Decision Making: Makes decisions requiring some independent judgment under general supervision and guidance of immediate supervisor or makes recommendations to those who participate in final decision-making process. Decisions are made within general control of procedures or reporting system.Work Environment: Good working conditions. Some noise from office equipment or other employees.
