at every level. Position Summary The Paid Advertising Specialist
will work closely under the guidance of the Digital Marketing
Director to implement and execute our paid advertising strategies
across a variety of platforms, including Google, Meta, YouTube, and
programmatic advertising. The role also involves building campaign
performance reports in Google Sheets, and contributing to AI-driven
automation projects. Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising
Implementation: Execute and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta,
YouTube, and programmatic platforms, ensuring alignment with The
Picklr’s performance goals and brand standards. Analytics &
Reporting: Create, manage, and update reporting dashboards using
Google Sheets and Looker Studio to deliver actionable performance
insights for all franchise locations and the executive team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with creative, operations, and
analytics teams to ensure messaging is aligned and campaign assets
are optimized. CRO: You know that advertising and digital marketing
are reliant on the performance of the website. You have a keen eye
for identifying gaps in the funnel and identifying ways to improve.
You always have a new experiment in the back of your mind.
Qualifications & Experience 2 years of hands-on ad platform
experience. Hands-on experience with Meta is required Experience
with Google and other ad platforms is preferred. Experience working
with Paid media strategies as part of a multi-location business
model is a plus. Experience working with paid media in an agency
background is preferred. Proficient in Google Sheets with
experience using formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, QUERY) for reporting.
Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or programmatic
advertising is a plus. Strong attention to detail, communication,
and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Able to communicate
