Overview We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to
support the procurement of defense articles in support of our
internal entities across global operations. This role plays a
critical part in facilitating sales and procurement activities for
Military and Law Enforcement customers within NATO countries . The
ideal candidate brings strong inside sales experience, attention to
detail, and comfort working in an international, regulated
environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and coordinate the
procurement and sales of defense articles in support of internal
global entities. Serve as a primary inside sales contact for
Military and Law Enforcement customers , primarily within NATO
nations. Manage inbound and outbound sales communications via
phone, email, and digital channels. Prepare quotes, proposals, and
supporting documentation; track orders through fulfillment.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Business
Development, Operations, and Compliance to ensure accurate and
timely execution. Maintain accurate sales activity, customer
records, and pipeline data in the CRM system. Support contract
execution and ongoing customer relationships in a highly regulated
environment. Participate in domestic and international travel as
required to support sales efforts, meetings, and trade events
(passport required). Qualifications 3 years of inside sales
experience , preferably in B2B, technical, or government-facing
environments. Experience facilitating procurement or sales
processes is strongly preferred. Prior exposure to defense
articles, military equipment, or government contracting is helpful
but not required . Strong communication skills with the ability to
interact professionally with international customers.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and
stakeholders simultaneously. Self-motivated, organized, and
comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment. Experience
using CRM systems and standard sales tools. Willingness and ability
to travel internationally and domestically. Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 2 weeks Paid Time Off & 5 days Sick
Leave International & Domestic Travel Opportunities ( Passport
required) Note: Health insurance and 401(k) benefits are not
offered at this time. 100% onsite Spanish Fork, UT Requirements: 3
years of Sales experience, (not in Defense/Military sales, just
