[Your School Name] is seeking reliable, on-call substitute teachers to support our classrooms serving children from birth to six years old. About the Position: This is an on-call position; hours are not guaranteed but may be scheduled in advance for PTO coverage. Shifts are available Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Substitute teachers must be able to step into any classroom and effectively support the learning environment with minimal direction. While training will be provided, candidates must have a general understanding of classroom dynamics and child development. What We’re Looking For: Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting. Ability to adapt quickly and provide a nurturing, respectful environment. Basic knowledge of Montessori principles is preferred, but a respectful and kind approach to children is required. Professionalism in demeanor, communication, and reliability—our school serves a high-end clientele, and we expect staff to uphold our standards.
